Partner Success Intern will work closely with the Partner Success Manager (PSM) to implement and improve multiple operational issues that our retail Partners face and drive performance improvement with strong ownership and partnership. - Primary local support and assistant for the PSM who is new to Korean - Help the PSM understand the local retail and ecommerce landscape for maximum impact - Translating documents and interpreting for the PSM during meetings or visits to retail sites or warehouses - Preparing training materials for successful deployments and operational go lives for OSP features and products, ensuring Partners are prepared and ready - Coordinating with Ocado teams to ensure Partners receive the knowledge and information required for successful utilisation of OSP - Supporting process improvements for Partner OSP operations and onsite Ocado teams
